Terms of Service

By accessing or using Redactify ("the Service"), operated by Syncho Labs ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Redactify is an AI-powered document redaction service that automatically detects and redacts personally identifiable information (PII) from PDF documents. The Service uses optical character recognition (OCR), natural language processing, and pattern matching to identify sensitive data.

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The free demo plan is subject to the following usage limits:

• Maximum of 2 pages per PDF document.
• Maximum of 5 PDF documents per day.
• Maximum of 10 files per batch upload.
• Maximum file size of 50MB per document.

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Paid plans with higher limits will be available in the future.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious files or content designed to exploit the Service.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization.

By uploading documents to the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You have the right to process the documents you upload.
• Documents are processed using third-party AI services (Microsoft Azure).
• We operate a zero-retention policy — documents are processed in memory and not stored.
• Redaction results are provided on an "as-is" basis.

While Redactify uses advanced AI to detect PII, no automated system is 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing redacted documents before distribution. We do not guarantee that all sensitive information will be detected or that no false positives will occur.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Syncho Labs. You retain all rights to your uploaded documents and their redacted outputs. We claim no ownership over your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syncho Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
