Your documents are processed in isolated, encrypted environments. We operate a strict zero-retention policy:

• Uploaded documents are processed in memory and never written to persistent storage.
• No copies of your documents are retained after processing is complete.
• Redacted output is transmitted directly to you and immediately discarded from our servers.
• We do not use your documents to train AI models or for any purpose other than performing the requested redaction.

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the redaction service.
• Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• Improve service reliability and performance.
• Communicate important service updates.

We use the following third-party services to operate Redactify:

• Microsoft Azure: Document Intelligence and PII detection services for text extraction and entity recognition. Data is processed within Azure's secure infrastructure.
• Supabase: Authentication and account management.

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and isolated processing environments. Access to systems is restricted and monitored.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your account information.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

Redactify is designed with compliance in mind. Our zero-retention processing model and security practices align with the requirements of GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA frameworks.
